Vibrating screens which have 2.3 adn 4 decks are used to sperate the product accoreding to its sizes.

The screens are driven by a shaft system which consist of an eccentric shaft with an eccentric weight on each of its end . The eccentric shaft is mounted on the screen body by special bearings. The screens' vibration is circular.

The distance between screens' deck is wide enough to easily replace screen mesh. The wire tensioning system is desingned in such a way that screen mesh replacement can be made in a short period of time. The screen's front

chute is made by rail when necessarry providing quick change of screen mesh.
